What I know about the Constitution

The Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787, by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia. It went to effect on March 4, 1789. The Constitution of the United States is the Supreme Law of the United States of America. The Constitution can never be changed,only amendments can be added to it to alter its effect. The Constitution guides the American law.

    Tara,
    The reason for you to write what you know already is to figure out where to start from. It will be interesting to look back at the end of the quarter and see how your understanding and perspective changes and grows.
